Heartland Academy Enrollment Process
Heartland Academy is a therapeutic day school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Programming is designed for students in sixth through twelfth grade experiencing academic, social and/or emotional challenges.

Year-Round Enrollment Available
Heartland enrolls throughout the year depending on openings. Heartland School tuition is pro-rated from the student’s start date. Heartland also offers before and after care. Parents sign up for before and after care when enrolling for school.
Heartland Academy seeks students from all ethnic, cultural, racial, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds who will benefit from a therapeutic environment integrated with individual educational planning for each child.

Heartland Admission Procedures
1. Complete the Tour/Info Request Form
Complete the Tour/Info Request form. Gather your supporting documents (transcripts, standardized testing, psychological testing, etc.)
2. Evaluation Visit
Students visit the school for a half day or a full day. If scheduled, a fee of $125 is due prior to the student’s visit.
3. Interview
Let’s get to know each other. Meet with the Headmaster. This usually takes place the day of the evaluation visit.
4. Decision
Within a day or two of the interview, we make our decision and notify parents. If any questions remain, another student visit may be scheduled.
5. Post Acceptance
Sign the Tuition Agreement, pay the enrollment fee (non-refundable) and submit the completed Enrollment Packet to the business office.
6. Start Class
